6 TURNING 4 BURNING – Cleveland’s Psychedelic Revival Engine
Dive deep into the sonic tapestry of classic rock with 6 Turning 4 Burning, Cleveland’s premier destination for high-voltage psychedelic grooves. Drawing inspiration from the golden age of rock, this powerhouse quartet doesn’t just play covers—they re-interpret legends.
Fronted by the commanding voice and bass wizardry of Walter Spisak, coupled with the razor-sharp lead guitar work of Doug Bukovac, the swirling keyboards of Sam Giunta, and the relentless rhythmic anchor provided by Jim Dudash on drums, 6 Turning 4 Burning delivers a masterful blend of nostalgia and original genius.
While they electrify audiences with sweat-drenched tributes to rock giants like Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Grand Funk Railroad, Procol Harum, Argent, and Emerson, Lake & Palmer, the performance never loses its edge. They weave through epic solos and deep grooves that pay homage to the masters while showcasing their own unique vision.
The band’s journey began with their acclaimed debut album, 6T4B, recorded on Bomber Records—a foundational piece of psychedelic rock history. Today, whether they are jamming out on a vintage track from 6T4B or sending the house down with a killer rendition of “Lucky Man,” every performance is a cosmic celebration for dedicated music lovers across the Cleveland area.

Full Biography
Ohio’s 6 Turning 4 Burning began as a trio channeling decades of musical passion into raw, original rock & roll. Comprised of drummer Jim Dudash, guitarist Doug Bukovac, and bassist Walter “Wally” Spisak, the band’s sound is defined by its depth, drawing heavily on influences ranging from blues and Americana to hard rock and metal.
The foundation of 6T4B was built through years of collaborative jam sessions, allowing the musicians to hone their craft across diverse genres. Their unique chemistry spurred them to develop original material—songs that serve as powerful narratives drawn directly from personal observation and experience. Wally Spisak notes that songs like “Release Me” are inspired by real-life hauntings, while others explore themes such as the recovery from addiction or finding peace after leaving a place of stagnation.
This deep connection between life experience and artistry is what defines their sound. After recording their debut album through legendary SUMA studios, the trio has only strengthened its lineup. They recently welcomed the virtuoso keyboardist Sam Giunta, further expanding their sonic palette and promising new depths of complexity.
6 Turning 4 Burning delivers more than music; they deliver a comprehensive musical journey—a crowning achievement that blends diverse strands into one cohesive, powerful sound, with exciting new work already in the making.
